Visa Regulations of the Republic of the Sudan
1. The applicants must submit two visa application forms duly filled and attach a passport size recent photograph on each of them
2. The passport of the application should be valid for at least six months from the date of application.
3. The sponsor you intent to visit in the Sudan should obtain approval from the Ministry of Interior and then send it to the Ministry of External Affairs of the Sudan, who in turn will fax the same direct to the Embassy.
4. A confirmed return ticket to and from Sudan.
5. The Embassy of the Sudan issues only single entry visas to applicants.

HEALTH REGULATIONS:


Health Requirements and restrictions of Entry to Sudan

All those travelling to Sudan should abide by the following guidelines:

  • Showing of Covid-19 vaccination certificate of one of the approved vaccines (single dose of Johnson & Johnson’s or two doses from other vaccines. Vaccination will be rendered valid after 14 days from the date of the last dose).
  • In case no vaccination certificate is presented for those of 8+ years old, a negative PCR Test certificate issued by labs approved by authorities in the outbound destinations is to be presented with a validity of 72 hours from the date of sample collection for those travelling from Arab and neighbouring African states and 96 hours for those travelling from Europe, Asia and the Americas.
  • Arrivals should fill the follow up forms while on board the plane.
  • In case any arrival is suspected of Covid-19 infection, they will be subjected to laboratory testing (PCR or Rapid PCR) and relevant health authorities will take necessary measures in cases of positive results.
  • Charges of the quarantine will be borne by the airline should the arrival does not show an approved PCR Test or vaccination certificate, or in case they test positive.


الاشتراطات والضوابط الصحية الصادرة عن وزارة الصحة الإتحادية للدخول إلى السودان على جميع القادمين إلى السودان الالتزام بالموجهات الآتية :

1-   إبراز شهادة تطعيم بأحد اللقاحات المعتمدة (جرعة واحدة من لقاح جونسون، أو جرعتان من بقية اللقاحات) على أن يعتبر التطعيم سارياً بعد مرور 14 يوماً من التطعيم الأخير.

2-   في حالة عدم تقديم شهادة تطعيم معتمدة للفئات العمرية من 8 سنوات فأكبر، يشترط تقديم شهادة فحص PCR سلبية صلاحيتها (72) ساعة من تاريخ أخذ العينة للدول العربية ودول الجوار الأفريقي و (96) ساعة للدول الأوروبية، الآسيوية والأمريكتين، على أن تكون من معمل معتمد جهة القدوم.

3-   يجب ملء استمارة متابعة القادمين إلى السودان على متن الطائرة.

4-   في حالة الاشتباه بالإصابة بفيروس كورونا لأي من القادمين يخضع المشتبه فيه للفحص المعملي (PCR أو الفحص السريع) على أن تقوم السلطات الصحية بما يلزم في حالة إيجابية الفحص.

5-   تتحمل الشركة الناقلة تكاليف الحجر الصحي في حالة قدوم شخص بشهادة غير معتمدة (فحص PCR أو شهادة التطعيم) أو عدم حمله لأي من الشهادتين.

6-   تتحمل الشركة الناقلة تكاليف العزل الصحي في حالة قدوم شخص بنتيجة فحص إيجابية.



NOTICE

IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED TO ALL CONCERNED THAT ALL TRANSACTIONS WITH THE EMBASSY WILL BE FROM THE MAIN GATE ALONE, EXPECT GUESTS AND VISITORS WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT WHO WILL BE PERMITTED ENTRY INTO THE CHANCERY PREMISES AFTER CONFIRMATION OF THEIR APPOINTMENT.

APPLICATIONS FROM VISA COMPLETE WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM 11.30 A.M. TO 12.00 NOON, ON ALL WORKING DAYS OF THE EMBASSY.

COLLECTION OF PASSPORTS AFTER VISA ENDORSEMENT WILL BE ON THE THIRD WORKING DAYS AFTER THE SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FOR VISA BETWEEN 4.30 - 5.00 P.M. ON WORKING DAYS OF THE EMBASSY.
